we are a friendly and forward-looking community
of ordinary people of all ages
who believe that we are called to love
and serve God in this place.
Our beautiful sanctuary has been a site for worship since the 6th century. It is a safe and sacred space which is open to everyone whether You are seeking a place to explore faith and your spirituality, an oasis of peace, a listening place or a bit of company.
Whatever,
you are loved by God
and
there is a place for you here.
We have a range of activities on offer in the halls and various opportunities for volunteering through the community outreach programme called the Ripple Project.
St Margaret’s is very active in serving the community.
We are a very energetic, sociable and caring church. We share fun, joy and celebrations together. We share problems and pain together. We share leadership and responsibilities together. Our main purpose is to try, within our own imperfections, to lead faithful lives in the real world and to be a community of and for Christ.
